2) Customer Service. Cricket can be hard to get technical support from.  Look for a Cricket Dealer that specializes in Mobile Internet so that you can get your questions answered.

 
Bottom Line:

I would not recommend Cricket for frequent travelers, or use in an RV as the coverage is just not there.   However, if you are lucky enough to live in a city where Cricket offers service, then Cricket is a great alternative to Cable or DSL service.  For about the same monthly cost  you get to use your Internet all over town…not just in one fixed location.  So for many, using Cricket  for your Home service (you can use a special Mobile Router to share 1 Cricket account with the whole family at the same time), and a Sprint or Verizon card while traveling is the way to go for ultimate savings and mobility!
